Luna Protein Bars

Author: Healthnuttxo

Need a little extra protein in your day? Well I think I have a tasty solution for you guys, made by Luna!

I’ve had some Luna Bars before, and certainly enjoyed them. So I was excited to try the Luna Protein Bars I was sent in the mail to try, courtesy of Luna (thanks, guys!). According to the website, “The power of protein keeps you full and feeling good about it, so go ahead—indulge in the chocolatey, nougaty goodness of LUNA Protein. Entirely natural, satisfying and sustaining for under 200 calories.” Each bar is all natural with 12 grams of protein, and added vitamins and minerals. They come in three flavors, Cherry Chocolate Almond, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and  Cookie Dough. I was most excited to try the Cookie Dough flavor- anything cookie dough flavored HAS to be good in my eyes! :)

Each bar is covered in chocolate with a dense, chewy center. I actually thought that they wouldn’t fill me up- they looked a bit tiny. I would say they are about as long as your pointer finger, and then as wide as 2 fingers. However, due to the chewy and dense nature of the bar, and the rich taste, they actually were quite filling! :)

Cookie Dough- this one actually reminded me of those candies, the malted milk balls for the flavor. I really didn’t taste much cookie dough flavor, but was more of a salty/sweet chocolate-y flavor. It certainly was the sweetest of the three bars, and I felt like I needed to drink some water with it. It was still pretty yummy, but not as I had expected. 3 1/2 stars

Chocolate Peanut Butter- I liked this one better than the cookie dough flavor, and it wasn’t as sweet. It has a peanutty-taffy like center, that had that “sweet” peanut butter rather than “savory” peanut butter taste. The milk chocolate on the outside was delicious- smooth and yummy. I also liked the little bits/chunks in the bar, which I would assume to be bits of peanuts. 4 stars

Cherry Chocolate Almond- Surprisingly (and ironically), the bar I thought I would like the least, was actually my favorite!  This one was really delicious!! It tasted like a chocolate covered cherry, with the perfect amount of sweetness. It was chewy, but not as dense as the other 2 bars, and also had little bits of almonds for a tiny crunch. The chocolate on the outside was also very good, and went perfect with the cherry flavor. 4 1/2 stars

Overall, these are good. They certainly were satisfying, and quenched my appetite, especially after a hard kickboxing workout. I liked that they are covered with delicious chocolate, low glycemic, and packed with protein and provide important vitamins and minerals like calcium. What I didn’t like was that they are a bit high in saturated fat (3.5- 4 grams), and also a bit high in sugar. However, if you like protein bars and crave some sweetness, I would definitely give these a try!

Cookie Dough- 1 bar is 180 calories, 6 grams of fat, 21 carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 15 grams of sugar and 12 grams of protein.

Protein Blend (Soy Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate), Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Coating (Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Palm Kernel Oil, Cocoa, Soy Lecithin and Organic Vanilla Extract), Chocolate Chips (Evaporated Cane Juice, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Natural Flavors), Inulin (Chicory Extract), Glycerine, Macadamia Nut Butter, Cocoa Soy Rice Crisps (Soy Protein Isolate, Organic Rice Flour, Organic Alkalized Cocoa, Alkalized Cocoa), Natural Flavors, Salt, Soy Lecithin.

Chocolate Peanut Butter-1 bar is 190 calories, 9 grams of fat, 19 carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 13 grams of sugar and 12 grams of protein.

Protein Blend (Soy Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate), Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Coating (Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Palm Kernel Oil, Cocoa, Soy Lecithin and Organic Vanilla Extract), Chocolate Chips (Evaporated Cane Juice, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Natural Flavors), Inulin (Chicory Extract), Glycerine, Macadamia Nut Butter, Cocoa Soy Rice Crisps (Soy Protein Isolate, Organic Rice Flour, Organic Alkalized Cocoa, Alkalized Cocoa), Natural Flavors, Salt, Soy Lecithin.

Cherry Chocolate Almond-1 bar is 180 calories, 7 grams of fat, 21 carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 15 grams of sugar and 12 grams of protein.

Protein Blend (Soy Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate), Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Coating (Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Palm Kernel Oil, Cocoa, Soy Lecithin and Organic Vanilla Extract), Inulin (Chicory Extract), Almonds, Glycerine, Macadamia Nut Butter, Dried Cherries, Soy Rice Crisps (Soy Protein Isolate, Rice Flour, Barley Malt Extract), Natural Flavor, Salt, Soy Lecithin.

Penny’s Low Fat Desserts SPECIAL!

Author: Healthnuttxo

Hey there-

I’m sure you guys have read my reviews on Penny’s yummy products, and my most recent review of the Banana Bran Muffin (yum!!!).

Well, if you were thinking about trying these products I have quite a special for you!

Up until June 30th 2010,  when you spend 25$ or more and use the code LAT300  you will get 15% off your product order! Isn’t that great? :)

Make sure you also check out there blog and sign up for the newsletter as well!

Enjoy your night- and I hope you get a chance to try some of Penny’s great products!

What? That’s not a food…

Well, who says healthy is limited to food and drinks? As part of a healthy lifestyle, you can also use cool products such as all natural or organic toothpastes, deodorants, hair products- anything! :)

Tom’s of Maine was very nice and sent me a box of their new Wicked Fresh! Flouride Toothpaste in Cool Peppermint along with some background information on this new product.

According to the product sheet I was sent, this toothpaste is…

“-Made with 100% Natural Ingredients
-No Artificial flavors, sweeteners, saccharin, dyes or preservatives
-No animal testing, or animal ingredients
-Fully-recyclable packaging and tube
-10% of Tom’s of maine’s net profits go back to the community to help take care of the world we share
-Available in Cool Peppermint and Spearmint Ice”

Cool! I also found out Tom’s of Maine never tests anything on animals. Isn’t that great! :)

So, I decided to try this toothpaste instead of my usual. The tube wasn’t like other tubes of toothpaste I have had in the past. Those are normally a soft plastic-y material, while the Tom’s of Maine tube was metal like and harder. The actual toothpaste was a pale yellow in color, but had the same consistency of my usual. The taste really is a “cool” peppermint, just like the flavor says! It wasn’t overpowering at all, but good to freshen up, and left that “cool” feeling in my mouth. It certainly wasn’t as minty as what I’m used to, and much lighter on the minty flavor, but it was still enoyable.

Overall, this toothpaste gets 4 stars from me. I like how there aren’t any artificial ingredients, the tube and the box are recyclable, and no animal testing! The flavor wasn’t as minty as I had hoped or expected, but it still left a nice “cool” feeling after I brushed. Not bad! I would definitely give it a try if you find this in your nearby store. The price for one 5.2 oz tube is $4.29, which is a little expensive, but I like how Tom’s of Maine has a lot to offer back to the community- so I think it’s worth it!

Active Ingredient- Sodium monoflourophosphate 0.76% (.14% w/v flouride ion)
Inactive Ingredients- Glycerin, Water, Hydrated Silica, Calcium Carbonate, Xylitol, Natural Flavors, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Chonodrus Crispus (carrageenan), Glycyrrhiza Uralensis (licorice) Root Extract.

Vosges Haut-Chocolat Organic Chocolate Bars

Author: Healthnuttxo

What’s better than chocolate? Well, in my opinion, few things are better or hit the spot than chocolate. But how about Organic Chocolate? That’s all I could think of!

I was sent some quite interesting and intriguing chocolate to try for free from Vosges Haut-Chocolat, and they  actually have quite a story.  I read the back of the bar of chocolates and found out the company was founded by Katrina. An excerpt on the back of the bars says that “Katrina founded Vosges Haut- Chocolat with the concept of Travel the World through Chocolate in a mission to create a sustainable luxury chocolate experience; to bring about awareness of indigenous cultures through the exploration of spices, herbs, roots, flowers, fruits nuts and the obscure”. Isn’t that cool? :)

Of the yummy chocolate bars I was sent to try, I decided to review the Organic Dominicia Noir, Organic Enchanted Mushroom, and Organic Peanut Butter Bonbon.

Organic Dominica Noir- this one was dark chocolate, with 74% cacao. The smell was a very strong and deep dark chocolate. It was creamy to the touch, and almost melted in your hand. It definietely had a “tang” to it that dark chocolate often has as well, and was very rich. If you like dark chocolate, I really think you will like this bar! I shared this with my mom, who I believe said that it had an almost fruity taste to it, and I agreed. 3 1/2 stars

Organic Enchanted Mushroom- this one was dark chocolate (65% cacao), with walnuts and reishi mushrooms. I’ll admit- before trying this I was thinking…mushrooms? In CHOCOLATE? But honestly, do not be offput by the name mushroom! It really does not add any taste at all, and according to the chocolate bar package, the “Reishi mushroom has played a role in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years”, and “Reishi mushrooms are believed to have a number of analgesic, anti-inflammatory antioxidant and anti-viral properties promoting overall health when consumed”. (I think I’m going to have some of this chocolate with my medicine the next time I’m sick! ) The taste was also rich like the first bar, and a very deep dark chocolate. It wasn’t as creamy, and had little bumps throughout the bar, which I would assume to be the walnuts. I did however, enjoy this one a bit more. 4 stars

Organic Peanut Butter Bonbon- do I really need to say more? Organic + peanut butter + chocolate = yum!!! This one is a milk chocolate (45% cacao) with pink Himalayan salt, Maldon sea salt, and peanut butter. This one is really really good. I loved the sea salt crystals on the actual outside of the chocolate- there weren’t a ton, but just enough to create a contrast between sweet and savory. It really brought out the sweeter parts of the milk chocolate and the richness of the peanut butter. I do wish there was a tad more peanut butter on the inside, sort of like a peanut butter cup, but it was still good. Oh, I could totally eat this whole bar in one sitting, if it weren’t for the 18 grams of fat per 4 squares :D   My favorite of the 3, this one gets 4 1/2 stars.

Overall, I enjoyed these chocolates. I love that each bar has a little something special to offer, and there is even a “guide” on the back of the chocolate bars instructing you how to “enjoy an exotic candy bar”! It adds such a nice clean and pure feel and experience to the chocolate bar, and really lets you enjoy it, rather than just eating a chocolate bar like a sandwich or whatever. If you are a fan of chocolate, these are reccommended!!

Organic Dominica Noir- 3 squares (32 g) is 180 calories, 15 grams of fat, 13 grams of saturated fat, 4 grams of fiber, 8 grams of sugar and 2 grams of protein.

Single Origin Organic Dark Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter).

Organic Enchanted Mushroom- 3 sqaures (32 g) is 170 calories, 12 grams of fat, 11 carbohydrates, 5 grams of fiber, 10 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of protein.

100% Organic Dark Chocolate (66% cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder), 100% organic powdered Reishi Mushrooms, 100 % Organic Walnuts.

Peanut Butter Bonbon- 4 squares (42 grams) is 250 calories, 18 grams of fat, 18 carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 14 grams of sugar and 5 grams of protein.

*Milk Chocolate, (*sugar, *cocoa butter, *whole milk powder, *cocoa mass, *vanilla powder), 22% *peanut butter (*dry roasted peanuts, *palm oil, *sugar, salt), salt.
* indicates organic ingredients

Midel Cookies

Author: Healthnuttxo

There’s nothing quite like a cookie. Some have cute designs, some are sweet, some are rich, some soft, chewy, etc. I think it’s hard not to have a favorite cookie!

What is hard, however, is finding cookies that are both tasty but don’t have things like preservatives, trans fats, artificial colors, flavors, etc. However, Midel Cookies make a large assortment of cookies that are all natural and still taste good. They make gluten free, organic, bite sized and more types of products, to fit the needs of a variety of people.

Midel Cookies were nice enough to send me a box of some of their goodies, and I decided to review about the Vanilla Snaps, Oatmeal Raisin Snaps, and the Organic Bite Sized Snickerdoodles.

Vanilla Snaps- these were quite delicious. They had a nice vanilla and buttery flavor, and I tried these with my cousin who agreed they tasted very similar to a sugar cookie. And,well,- these CERTAINLY live up to the “snap” part of the name! They are very crispy and crunchy, and overall a very hard cookie. However, they do have sort of an “off” texture with the crunch- as they are also a bit “sticky”. I mean “sticky” as in once you chew them, they kind of stay in your teeth and are a bit chewy. That’s the only drawback to this cookie- for taste, alone, I would definitely give it 4 1/2 stars, but the texture bring these down to a 3 1/2.

Oatmeal Raisin Snaps- yum!! These taste just like homemade oatmeal cookies, but crispy! These had a better texture than the vanilla ones, and were very sweet! You could taste the cane juice, but they also a nice buttery flavor, just like the vanilla ones. I tried these with my mom, who enjoyed them, but thought they needed more of a raisin flavor. I agree, and I also think they would be great with some milk. 4 stars

Organic Bite Sized Snickerdoodles- these are TOO CUTE! They are literally the size of buttons, and just perfect to eat one by one, or by the handful. When you open the bag, oddly enough, they smell like cinnamon graham crackers. But, they taste like sweet shortbread cookies, with a slight vanilla flavor. Very soft and almost a “bready”/crumbly texture. Or, almost like a biscuit-like cookie. Warning- these are totally addictive! Especially because they are small, you really could just keep eating these by the handful! These get 4 stars because they are a bit high in saturated fat, and have no fiber, but are still good!

Overall, these cookies are yummy. Quite addictive, and very tasty. Some drawbacks are that they are low in fiber, and a bit high in sugar. Yet, they are cookies, so I wasn’t really expecting low sugar counts and high fiber anyway. I would give them a try- you might like them! :)
Oatmeal Raisin Snaps- 5 cookies is 130 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 21 carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 10 grams of sugar, and 2 grams of protein.

Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Organic Dehydrated Cane Juice, Canola Oil, Organic Oatmeal, Raisin Paste, Organic Liquid Cane Syrup, Ground Cinnamon, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Natural Oatmeal Flavor, Sea Salt, Soy Lecithin (used as an emulsifier), Baking Soda.

Vanilla Snaps- 5 cookies is 130 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 21 carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 10 grams of sugar, and 1 gram of protein.

Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Organic Dehydrated Cane Juice, Canola Oil, Organic Liquid Cane Syrup, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Soy Lecithin (used as an emulsifier).

Organic Bite Sized Snickerdoodles- 23 cookies is 130 calories, 5 grams of fat, 19 carbohydrates, 0 gram of fiber, 7 grams of sugar, and 1 gram of protein.

Organic Enriched Wheat Flour (niacin, iron [reduced] thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Organic Dehydrated Cane Juice, Organic Palm Oil, Organic Rice Flour, Organic Cane Juice Syrup, Sea Salt, Organic Vanilla Extract, Organic Ground Cinnamon, Ammonium Bicarbonate, Soy Lecithin (used as an emulsifier).

Yes, I’m aware it’s June. And yes, it was rather humid and hot today. But, yes, I still had soup!

And a delicious soup at that. Pacific Natural Foods sent me some of their soups to try, in really cool flavors like this one. Organic Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup- how yummy does that sound! This soup is also all natural, gluten free, and organic.

So, I heated up this soup and shared some with my parents. At first, I didn’t really know what to expect- I mean, I’m not really a tomato soup girl. I was  always more of a vegetable or noodle based soup- something with something  in it to chew. But I’m glad I tried this one- it was actually quite good!

I poured it in the bowl and noticed it looked like a nice, creamy soup. Not your typical watered down soup in a can. Then I tasted a spoonful once it was heated up- uh… YUM!! Totally not what I expected!  It had a very surprising buttery and cheesy taste to it- absolutely delicious! No overpowering tomato or red pepper taste- but just a very enjoyable and flavorful soup. My parents also enjoyed this soup, and when my dad commented that it wasn’t too salty, I was shocked to see there were 720 milligrams of sodium per serving! I would have never guessed!

Overall, this soup gets 4 1/2 stars. The flavor really rocks and I think it would be great alongside a grilled cheese or even some crackers. I was surprised I liked it as much as I did, including I never really was a tomato soup kinda girl. I reccommend this soup, and I also liked that it didn’t come in a can, but a recloseable carton that had 4 servings in it. You could heat some up, and refrigerate the unused portion, and then go back for more later!  :)

1 serving (1 cup) is 110 calories, 2 grams of fat, 16 carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 12 grams of sugar, and 5 grams of protein. It also provides 15% of your daily needs of calcium. Woo hoo!

Organic reduced fat milk, Filtered water, Organic tomato paste, Organic caramelized red pepper flavor (organic red peppers, sea salt, organic butter), Organic evaporated cane juice, Organic roasted garlic, Organic roasted red peppers, Sea salt, Sodium citrate, Organic rice flour, Organic garlic powder, Organic onion powder, Organic spices.

Kettle Foods Hazelnut Butter

Author: Healthnuttxo

Time for a …..nut butter review! My favorite! :)

But, not just ANY nut butter- hazelnut butter! I’ve had plenty of peanut butter in my life, along with cashew and almond butter, but never hazelnut butter. So, I was excited when Kettle Foods sent me a jar of Hazelnut Butter to try. I mean, I like hazelnuts- I’ll admit, I normally leave them last to eat when there is mixed nuts available (usually the order goes pecans, cashews, almonds, and then peanuts/macadamia nuts/hazel nuts), but I certainly don’t mind them :)

So, I opened up the jar, and actually was a bit taken aback at first- there was a LOT of oil on top! Which means it required some stirring to get it to a better consistency- I spent a few minutes or so. Which means, if you have one of those super-cool nut butter “stirrers” that you attach to the top of the jar- I reccommend  using it! That way, it’s easy stirring for you, and none of the oil will spill. I also reccommend refrigerating this nut butter before eating it. I left it in the fridge for a few days, and while it wasn’t super stiff like I’m used to, it had a thicker consistency and was more workable. However, this consistency was PERFECT for drizzling! Those of you who love to drizzle peanut butter or almond butter on your oatmeal, toast, etc., this one will be PERFECT for doing  so!

Anyway- onto the taste. Honestly, it reminded me of those Ferrero Rocher candies my mom used to buy for holidays, although not as sweet and without the chocolatey flavor. It wasn’t salty, and just a tad sweet. It just tasted very fresh and had a very clean hazelnut flavor. Creamy and smooth- it was actually quite good. Different, but good. I’ll be honest, I was tempted to add cocoa powder & a little bit of sweetener to make it taste like the Nutella brand spread! Can you imagine? :)

Overally, this spread gets 4 stars. It certainly was unique and not quite like anything I have had before, but delicious and refreshing. However, I prefer my nut butters to have a little more thickness to them, (so it’s easier to eat straight from the jar of course!) and one serving provides only 4 grams of protein as compared to other nut butters that are a bit higher. But, if you like hazelnuts, I highly reccomend this nut butter! I also did a review of Kettle Brand’s cashew butter, which you can see here.

1 oz (28g) is 180 calories, 17 grams of fat, 5 carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 1 gram of sugar and 4 grams of protein.

Dry Roasted Hazelnuts.

Happy Baby Organic Apple and Banana Puffs

Author: Healthnuttxo

Yes- I’m reviewing a baby food….again. :D HappyBaby sent me some coupons to try their organic puffs for free, so I decided “why not?”

I got these puffs in both apple and banana flavor, which come in long, plastic tubes with a flip open cap. According to the package the puffs come in, they are made with whole grains, are BPA free, organic, and provide some calcium, vitamin B and D, and iron. These puffs are essentially little pieces of cereal that are easy for the baby to eat. They are also soy, corn and dairy free.

As for me, I decided they might be a good munching snack or a good addition to trail mix. They are in cute flower-y shapes, about the size of Cheerios. In fact, these taste pretty much like Cheerio’s as well. THey are light and puffy, and have a pretty bland flavor. They only provide .5 grams of sugar per serving, so I wasn’t really expecting much sweetness. The apple puffs had a very slight granny smith apple aftertaste, and the banana puffs didn’t really have much of a banana flavor, but were just sweeter, rather.

Overall, I give these 3 stars. I understand they are meant for babies, so they are low in sugar, but also a bit low in flavor. However, they are GREAT for babies- just like the package says, they really melt in the mouth, so the baby can eat it easily. They are also small and easy to pick up. As for me, I like that they are organic, contain vitamins like calcium, and are pretty low calorie, although they lack fiber. I think they would be great for a little added crunch in yogurt, or to add to “bulk up” some of those sugary cereals for breakfast.

1 serving, 75 pieces/ about 1/2 a cup, is 25 calories, 0 grams of fat, 6 carbohydrates, 0 grams of fiber, .5 grams of sugar, and 1 gram of protein.

Banana Puffs- organic rice, organic whole oats, organic wheat, organic apple juice concentrate, organic whole grain brown rice, organic wheat starch, organic banana; vitamins and minerals: ascorbic acid, citric acid, di- and tri-calcium phosphate (calcium), mixed tocopherols (vitamin e), ferric orthophosphate (iron), vitamin d3, niacin (vitamin b3), zinc oxide, d-calcium pantothenate (vitamin b5), riboflavin (vitamin b2), thiamin mononitrate (vitamin b1), pyridoxine hcl (vitamin b6), vitamin b12, folic acid

Apple Puffs- organic rice, organic whole oats, organic wheat, organic apple juice concentrate, organic whole grain brown rice, organic wheat starch, organic apple; vitamins and minerals: ascorbic acid, di- and tri-calcium phosphate (calcium), mixed tocopherols (vitamin e), ferric ortho-phosphate (iron), vitamin d3, niacin (vitamin b3), zinc oxide, d-calcium pantothenate (vitamin b5), riboflavin (vitamin b2), thiamin mononitrate (vitamin b1), pyridoxine hcl (vitamin b6), vitamin b12, folic acid

Ener-G Ginger Cookies

Author: Healthnuttxo

Doing a double post tonight, seeing as I won’t be able to post a review tomorow. Aw, man!! :( But, anyway. Enjoy !!

I’m sure you guys have heard of Ener G . They make an assortment of foods that cater to the needs of those with special dietary needs. This includes breads, pretzels, cookies, etc. According to the website, “We not only offer wheat free, gluten free products, but also products for low protein diets and dairy free products. Additionally, all of our products are free of peanuts, tree nuts, and are also Kof-K Certified. Our bakery is dedicated to wheat free, gluten free baking, guaranteeing that contamination from gluten will not occur.”

That’s great- I love companies that try to make products that everyone can enjoy! :)

Anyway- Ener-G sent me some of their products to try, and of the ones I was sent, one of my favorites was the Ginger Cookies. I’m a fan of gingerbread cookies around Christmastime, and a good ginger snap is always tasty to me. So, I was happy to try these. These cookies in particular are gluten free, wheat free, egg free and dairy free.

These cookies certainly smell delicious, with a fresh ginger scent. They are crunchy and sweet, and have a light ginger flavor, which was actually quite nice. It wasn’t overpowering at all, or too spicy. They were sweet enough to keep eating right out of the package!  A light, yet flavorful cookie. Goes perfect with a cold glass of milk, or even by itself.

The best part about these cookies… only 50 calories each! Yea! They are only 1.5 grams of fat each, so they are low fat, low calorie, and yet still quite tasty. I give them 4 1/2 stars, because although they are delicious, they lack fiber, and the first ingredient is organic evaporated cane juice. However, gluten free products tend to be lower in fiber than non-gluten free, and they are cookies, so I think they are a delicious treat. Especially if you like ginger! :)

1 cookie is 50 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 9 carbohydrates, 4 grams of sugar, 0 grams of fiber, and 0 grams of protein.

Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, White Rice Flour,Potato Starch, Filtered Water, Organic Palm Fruit Oil, Unsulphured Molasses, Egg Replacer [ (tapioca flour, potato starch, leavening (calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, glucono delta lactone), sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose], Ginger Powder, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Vanilla Powder [(vanilla bean extractives, dextrose (corn sugar)], Sodium Carbohymethylcellulose.
