As someone who suffers from heart burn (despite avoiding onion, tomatoes, eating big meals before bed…etc…) I am always on the lookout for something more natural to soothe the stomach.
Herbalife sent me some of their herbal aloe concentrate to try, intended for digestive health. You’re instructed to take 1/2 fluid oz of the concentrate in 4-8 ounces of water. It doesn’t quite say how many times per day to do It or if before or after meals so…I just tried them all after dinner one night 🙂
I like that they have a larger option but also the small “on the go” pouches. They provided me a few flavors to try, Grape, I presume “plain”, cranberry, mango and mandarin.
Here is It all mixed up:

As you can see, they are all clear when mixed. No slimy, gritty or weird texture. Similar to drinking just plain water
GRAPE
-YUM!!! reminds me of those fruit flavored waters I used to drink non stop as a kid.
-mildly sweet, I’m not sure if you can make ice pops out of these but I would if I could
“Plain”
-I presume this is called plain…there was no name
-we were not a fan of this (my hubby included). It was bitter, and…had bioengineered food ingredients. WHAT is that about??

CRANBERRY
-another delightful flavor
-only very mildly tart with a nice fruity flavor
MANGO
-a very mild, citrus-mango blend
-tastes like one of those naturally flavored ice pops (no sugar added with fruit flavor only)
MANDARIN
-this one was delicious! A super yummy orange flavor without any tang

Overall – the flavored ones are pretty good. No fake, artificial fruit flavors and actually taste as if you squeezed some of the real fruit into a glass of water. I dislike the vague instructions about how often to use the product. Also…what really is “intestinal health?” Is It better bowel movements? Less reflux?
I like how there are no calories/carbohydrates and can be added to your water. I would recommend them ice cold as I think they taste better that way. I also dislike the bioengineered food ingredients in the “plain” variety- what is THAT?
Overall, pretty good. With the above, a 4/5 star rating.
I did receive these for free from the company. As always, this is an unbiased review.
