I am very big into cooking and baking and having a good quality oil is super important. For starters…no one likes smoking out the kitchen (turns out my husband and dogs really do not enjoy the sound of the smoke detectors…)
HASSY Avocado Oil sent me a bottle of their avocado oil to try, intended for daily high heat cooking (500 degrees F!) and baking. The oil is Jay Kosher and non GMO and 100% avocado oil which I like. I can’t stand when I buy an avocado oil and It is blended with something else.

The bottle is easy to hold and I like that the glass is dark. It’s also a cute design. The spout the oil comes out is a big larger than I would like so It comes out a bit fast but that’s preference…plus you can always put It in a bottle with a slower flow topper.
I sautéed peppers in this for taco night and It came out great. I cook with a cast iron which is VERY prone to smoking. The peppers sautéed up beautifully and there was no funky aftertaste like some oils leave (I don’t know about you but I prefer not to taste the oil I cook in…).
Overall, a hit! I will 100% purchase this if I see It in stores. I like It better than other oils I have tried!
